LA Squatter Rents Hollywood Mansion To OnlyFans Models

Real estate agents Emily Randall Smith and her husband were shocked to find a Los Angeles squatter living in their luxury Hollywood Hills mansion with new locks he installed on the doors and a harem of OnlyFans models he rented the house to using a fake lease, according to a recent report by Fox 11 Los Angeles.

The property crime ring leader allegedly drew up a fake lease for OnlyFans models to sign to rent rooms out of the house to create content for their fans. The home was a luxurious 7-bedroom “dream house” according to Fox 11, before the intruders took it over and began running their shady business and throwing wild parties on the property.

“There was poop and pee everywhere. They cut all the cords to all the security systems, they brought in new Wi-Fi. They were planning to sit there and move there,” said real estate agent Emily Randall Smith. The “poop and pee” was from puppy pads for the models’ dogs that left urine and feces leaking onto the floor.

The incident happened in January when the husband and wife real estate team went to prep the home for an open house after listing the property for sale. “We walked up to the property and the lock box was cut off. And there was a mailbox someone had ordered and put up. Like that was very weird. That was not here before,” Smith said.

When Smith’s husband walked around the side of the house and saw someone sleeping inside, the couple called the police. When they arrived, they could not get the man to leave the house, so the couple waited until he did and called the police back.

“They knocked on the door and I guess some girl opened it and she ended up being an OnlyFans model and I guess the guy who had broken into the house had started this whole business and was renting these rooms out to the girls,” Smith recounted.

“It’s just a really eerie feeling to feel that somebody went into your property and tried to live there and make it their home,” she added.
