Trump Promises Reforms To Protect Americans From Government Abuse

President Donald Trump has unveiled a comprehensive plan to confront corruption in federal institutions and dismantle the Deep State. His 10-point agenda focuses on transparency, accountability, and decentralizing bureaucratic power.

A key proposal is reinstating a 2020 executive order granting the president the power to remove federal employees deemed harmful to government operations. Trump vowed to use this authority aggressively, saying, “I will wield that power very aggressively.”

Trump also called for significant changes to intelligence agencies, accusing them of targeting political opponents. He pledged to “clean out all of the corrupt actors” and ensure these agencies no longer engage in political persecution.

Transparency is central to Trump’s vision. He proposed forming a Truth and Reconciliation Commission to release classified documents exposing government misconduct, including what he called “Deep State spying, censorship and corruption.”

Reforming FISA courts is another priority for Trump. He criticized judges for allowing fraudulent surveillance applications to proceed, stating, “So many judges have seen so many applications that they know were wrong.” His plan aims to prevent such abuses in the future.

Trump also proposed relocating federal jobs to states outside Washington, saying this would reduce bureaucratic influence and reconnect agencies with everyday Americans. He highlighted his prior relocation of the Bureau of Land Management to Colorado as an example.

Finally, Trump called for term limits for Congress and stricter rules preventing federal workers from joining industries they regulate. He said these steps would restore public trust and prevent conflicts of interest, concluding, “This is how I will restore government controlled by the people.”
