Trump Sounds The Alarm On Wisconsin Court Election As Conservatives Face Make-Or-Break Moment

President Donald Trump is calling on his supporters in Wisconsin to vote early and decisively in a Supreme Court race that could determine whether his movement keeps momentum going through 2026. Trump has endorsed Judge Brad Schimel and warned that failure to act could derail conservative gains across the country.

Early voting is already V, and Trump has made it clear that the race isn’t just about Wisconsin. He pointed to the Democratic-backed candidate, Judge Susan Crawford, accusing her of siding with criminals over victims and threatening to undermine the rule of law.

Schimel is a former state attorney general and now a judge in Waukesha County. His campaign has attracted strong support from grassroots conservatives who fear the court could be used as a weapon against the Trump agenda if liberals retain control.

The court flipped to a liberal majority in 2023 after a blowout win for left-wing Judge Janet Protasiewicz. Conservatives are hoping to reverse that shift now that liberal Justice Ann Walsh Bradley is stepping down.

Massive spending from outside donors has fueled both sides. Republican voters have raised concerns about Democratic megadonors such as George Soros, while left-leaning voters have taken aim at Elon Musk and his influence over GOP races.

Trump supporters say a liberal win in this race could open the door to new congressional maps that favor Democrats, potentially flipping House seats and weakening Republican control in Washington.

Schimel has appeared at multiple rallies with conservative leaders, including Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk and former Gov. Scott Walker. Meanwhile, high-profile Democrats are also campaigning hard, with Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz hosting town halls urging early voting.

Trump’s campaign in Wisconsin during the 2024 election helped him narrowly defeat Kamala Harris in the state. His allies say getting just a fraction of those same voters to show up again for Schimel would be enough to shift the court back to a conservative majority.
